Self-Assessment:  This Self-Assessment guide will assist you in discovering areas of strengths, as well as areas of development in character, knowledge, and ministry skill.  With the assistance of an equipper and a mentor, Synergy training units can be customized to help you develop in character, knowledge, and ministry skill.

New Beginnings: New Beginnings is designed to equip co-workers in the basics of the church life.  Marriage, relationships, forgiveness, prayer, and beginning your walk with Christ are some of the topics covered in short unit studies.  These unit studies are to be done individually, yet experienced in the midst of the church life, and with the assistance of a mentor.  There is no such thing as a disciple of Jesus who walks alone!

Evangelism:  These training tracts include personal evangelism training, Prayer evangelism, and team evangelism.

Team Training:  These training tracts are for those co-workers who are working to start new house churches in network.  The focus of the training is on Prayer, strategy development, and evangelistic outreach.

Leadership Training: The training units in this section are designed to assist those co-workers who are serving the body in some aspect of leadership.  Servant leadership is the core unit, with emphasis on assisting in the care of the saints in the midst of the meetings, as well as throughout the week.

Mentor Training:  Mentor Training is a crucial aspect of Synergy Training.  All Co-workers must have a working knowledge of how to walk with another through their development and training.  Areas such as Listening Skills, Asking Good Questions, and Mentoring a person through a ministry task, are included.

Word Training: Word Training is designed for those who are responsible to teach in the body.  While this training will be beneficial to all believers in the area of learning how to use various Bible study tools, It is focused on assisting teachers of the word in the areas of Using Bible Study Tools, Preparing a Teaching, and Doctrinal Study.
